100 Year Competition - Terms and Conditions:

  1. The competition is open to specifiers and Customers of CU Phosco, who must be residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, except employees of CU Phosco and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  2. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The competition will run from 22/06/23 to 22/09/23. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  4. To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form provided by CU Phosco, including all required fields.
  5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  6. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The selection will take place within one week of the closing date.
  7. The winner will be notified by email/phone within one week of the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  8. The prize includes 14 nights in Sydney, Australia, for two people. It covers flights and accommodation at The DeVere Hotel, subject to availability. Additional expenses such as meals, transportation, and personal expenses are not included.
  9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
  10. CU Phosco reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control.
  11. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the use of their name, image, and entry submission for promotional purposes, both online and offline, by CU Phosco.
  12. Personal data provided by the entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the entrant's prior consent.
  13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by LinkedIn, or associated with any other social network. Participants are providing their information to CU Phosco and not to any other party.
  14. By entering this competition, participants agree that their personal information provided in the entry form may be stored and used by CU Phosco for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner. This information will be held in accordance with CU Phosco's privacy policy and may be used for future marketing communications, unless otherwise specified by the entrant. Participants have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data held by CU Phosco by contacting the organisation directly.
